Waiting since November to get a call back from these folks. If you aren’t accepting new patients then just say so. Terrible customer service.
This place is significantly better the then old house they used to work out of. There's parking, there's the pharmacy and the lab.The staff is always friendly an helpful whether in person or on the phone. Very clean.
I have had only positive experiences there with response and care. Phamacy is the best. By comparison, at my previous previous care giver, I had three different primary providers in three years, and only met once including time of covid.
Overall they have been super challenging and unresponsive to my needs. They are nearly impossible to reach on the phone and MyChart is fine but the response often has little to do with what the initial concern was. The only thing that was above and beyond was an employee named Ashley who helped me promptly and efficiently. I had to go in to the office and ask to speak to a patient advocate and she was who I spoke with and she was lovely. But unfortunately, I feel like you shouldn’t have to go into your doctors office unannounced and wait there in person to get answers and resolutions..
Been going here for a few years, and recently last year or so, the customer service/call back/follow up is literally non-existent! Quality of care with Doc's, PA's etc is good. But what does that matter when a nurse calls you back regarding test results and I've called back 3X to return that call, even been escalated to "priority" and still no call back at all. In addition, referrals are critical, and when you can't get a call back for that assistance either, it is totally unacceptable. Stay away from this health center, they do not seem to have the infrastructure for follow through and continuing care. Sure they take your appoint for the insurance, but anything after that, they just ignore you, I guess until you have to go back to them, and they can hit your insurance again, and again, and still leave you out in the cold and in pain. I was literally crying in pain on the phone, and the person I spoke with had absolutely no empathy, no concern I needed help, just took yet another message.
