Dental "office" is a joke. I've been canceled on 3 times by this "office" and have only been to 1 appointment. Took months of chasing to get an appointment for both of my kids on the same day at the same time. It actually wasn't by the way, they still didn't get them both in so I guess there's only 1 person on staff? Our first appointment was canceled twice by the "office". Finally get my kids in and the SOP is different as I get a dentist explaining needed care about one child but not the other. Get a follow up appointment, 2 plus months later for more dental care and it's canceled the day of the appointment, not even 5 hours in advance. What is the point of a clinic if I'm not able to go to appointments, when you claim you have multiple staff. Why is my child being denied care by no fault of my own for months at a time unless the "office" is incapable of properly training, maintaining and keeping staff. Tells me my children will get subpar care at the minimum.
My providers are great, but every single time i call i am put on hold for 10+ minutes and then sent directly to the satisfaction survey without my call being answered. I had to call 7 times and wait on hold every time before my call was actually answered.
the dentists and hygienist are amazing. my husband needed a tooth extracted for 2 years and was finally able to walk in, fill out the paperwork, wait a few hours and they insisted on squeezing him, which was a life saver. I was personally able to get a full dental work up and cleaning. as someone who is petrified of dentists and have had bad experiences in the past. I can definitely say this place was phenomenal. they were very patient, kind, informative, communicative and caring
My physician is amazing. However, whoever handles scheduling, contact with insurance, etc, is entirely incompetent. Twice now I’ve tried scheduling an annual physical only for it to be replaced by a brief, 15 minute “follow up” appointment. I showed up anticipating a physical, but then am told that wont happen because there’s not enough time. When i point out i initially scheduled for a physical, they say that I did not request that. I know that I did. I’ve also been getting the run around with them trying to use an insurance I’ve removed from MyChart, calling CVS Pharmacy instead of CVS Caremark DESPITE my persistent clarification of the difference, and telling me that my insurance is telling them things that just are not true because I would call my insurance earlier for clarification on a specific medication.
Been going here for a while now. They are hit or miss. I moved to Boston in June and kept my appointments here for comvenience. I drove an hour and a half here this morning. Traffic was bad. I called and said I was running a bit late for my 945 appointment around 940. They said it's no problem. I walked in and was standing at the counter for a solid minute or two, while the woman at the computer was talking to her coworker. Then I tried to check in. She tells me she so sorry but because I'm more than 10 minutes late I will have to reschedule. I told her I just drove an hour and a half here and I called and said I was running late and they said it was fine. She looked at the notes and I heard her mumbling to herself reading the note then she did some typing. I looked at my watch and it said 9:57. I had most definitely walked in before 9:55. Then she said again we're going to have to reachedule in that cheery way. Super unhappy. Honestly before this experience I was fine driving 60 miles for my appointments with CHC, because they were infrequent and on my day off. I'm going to look for a new provider.
