I dont recommend this drs office. You cant even make an appointment when its your actual Dr. Office. There are moms like me who cant sit in the hospital and just want to be seen by my own dr.
My elderly mother has been without her rescue inhaler refill for weeks now. This place does not answer the phone - the pharmacy cannot even get through. We had to go to the ER because she cannot breathe. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Not sure what they do but it certainly isn't anything akin to "Health First"
Called half a dozen times because their "call return" system doesn't work (it calls you back only to tell you that "there are no representatives to speak to you" and removes you from the queue). Finally got through to someone at the end of the day, only to be told that they will only make an appointment for you if you go down to their office, request a form for your medical records from your previous doctor to be sent to them (which can take up to 30 days for them to do and receive back!) and THEN they will schedule your first appointment. Absolute waste of time.
My son goes here for his Medical appointments and honestly I’m about to switch him out. It’s been an all around horrible experience. Trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone is an absolute nightmare (always has been but now it’s worse) and no one communicates properly. Got a call saying his Dr quit and they need to schedule my son to see a new Dr - ok, no big deal, no rush cause he had just seen his old dr a month ago, right? What they failed to mention? He can’t get a refill on his medications until he sees the new Dr. When I called to get a refill for his medications, did they mention that? No. Said refills take up to 5 days (which is normal, all fine and well) but here we are a week later and my son is completely out of his medication and no refill still. After trying to call for over an hour, finally speak to someone just to be told that he can’t get the refill until he sees the new Dr… in 2 weeks. Normally I don’t leave reviews but after dealing with their messed up phone lines for an hour - before even getting someone on the line, having the call drop numerous times, the automated system spazzing out, I’m done. If you want a headache, just call this place. They’ll give you one free of charge.
My kids have been going there for nearly 9 years. I have no complaints , the Drs more precisely Dr James Hudson ) the nurses, welcome staff especially Lisa big shut out to you guys , even housekeepers are nice. The wait time is bearable and it’s clean.
