I tried to get the office manager to return my phone call and no one did. When you ask to speak to a manager you automatically get sent to a voicemail. I just had a question, it’s not hard to pick up the phone for 5 minutes. Bottom line is getting healthcare on this island is almost impossible and it’s in part to poor providers like this. Make a ferry reservation and go off island for care. Don’t bother even trying to put money back into the system that doesn’t care about you. Update: I shouldn’t have to go fill out another form just for someone to call me back. It’s unprofessional. Do you even check your voicemails or did you just delete it without care because this review response indicates you don’t care until you have to. I stand by my review. Do not come here.

It wasn’t entirely their fault (Quest did the actual tests), but we were told by Island Health Care that COVID test results would be returned in 24-36 hours and we needed the test to travel. It’s been 144 hours and counting. We had to spend $500 at the airport to get a last minute test and would have made other arrangements if we were told the right information. If you need your results back soon, do not get tested here. I didn’t give one star because everyone was friendly that we engaged with and the drive through testing was fairly straight forward.
