Called on Monday to schedule a physical with a doctor for Fridays if possible but was given a Feb 24 or 25 at 9am ONLY . I said it’s not urgent is there anything else and front desk said no so I told her I’ll have to find another clinic for me and my family and she said ok… smh what great patient care here . Can’t even schedule an appointment. Very disappointed
Recently called (12/2 around 11am) to become a new patient and schedule an appointment. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to repeat information several times and she still didn’t get it correct. No manners, unfriendly tone, unapologetic, and unwilling to help. I was not able to schedule an appointment and I will not be trying again. Very disappointed and upset in the customer service here especially as this was my first impression. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Everytime I try to give this clinic a try the prove to me why I need to switch, the front desk is very unprofessional, very rude they have multiple conversations while trying to speak to them, they put you on hold for over 30 minutes without telling you ANYTHING, a few of my doctors have been fired from there due to the fact they they DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE MEDICATION THEY GIVE YOU they are rude , I was underage at the time and requested my mom the doctor told me no and proceeded to stick her fingers in me everyone here is disgusting I can’t stress it enough do not bring your kids here your elders here nobody they will hurt they they do not care about patients at all I don’t know how they are still open or don’t have a lot of lawsuits because this is ridiculous and sad and this is only 5% of what they actually do. THEIR ARE HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE FRONT DESK AND THE STAFF AND HWO THEY TREAT PEOPLE HAS ANYTHING CHANGED? No still the same complaints still the same unprofessional people still the same everything a legal team needs to be contacted and this clinic NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT I bet if it was they would be shut down with a hundreds of lawsuits
One time (today) the number counter is off and I take a number and I'm waiting. A woman comes in take the number after me and walks up the pharmacy counter starts waiting on her even though I was there first. It ended up being a very complicated issue with her pharmacy order too. Mine would have been quicker! Stick with the program.
Called to schedule a yearly physical appointment almost 6 months ago and was put on a waitlist and told that I would get a call around July. Nobody ever called me again and when I called recently to schedule an appointment again, the receptionist was not as friendly as I thought. Seems as if they are tired of their jobs or not happy with working there. I did not feel very attended to or comfortable when speaking with receptionist. Receptionist tone was not very pleasant or caring. I did get an appointment, however customer service could be a bit more polite to patients who respond in a kind manner.
