Very attentive to my needs at this particular appointment. I thank the dental team especially Dr Maxwell
Went for Xrays, The assistant was nice & sweet but the doctor lacked professionalism. She did NOT communicate with me the patient about what was on my xray, I had to ask her myself & she still half answered which is so rude & unprofessional. I don't even want to come back because im afraid for their lack of professionalism & communication it would effect their work.
That place disappointed me; they are not professional. I waited two hours to be seen, even though my appointment was for something quick—I only needed some measurements taken. When I finally went in, I asked why I had waited so long for my appointment, since I had arrived on time. They told me, "No, you arrived 30 minutes late." I said, "No, that's false, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I waited two hours to be seen, and I was only inside for 5 minutes." They couldn't perform the procedure, and the doctor said she would give me a referral. I went to get the referral letter, and the assistant told me to go outside and that she would bring me the letter in a few minutes. When I went out, I asked the girl at the front desk why they had registered me half an hour late. With a bad attitude, she said, "That's false, I registered you 5 minutes before," but she had a terrible attitude. I told her I was just mentioning it so it wouldn't happen again because it wasn't right, since people with appointments for 10:00 and 10:30 went in before me. The woman who calls people in was mixing up the papers. I said, "Okay, it's fine," and instead of apologizing or saying it was a mistake, she just gave me a bad attitude and started muttering to her coworker. Then I sat down to wait for the referral letter, and I waited 45 minutes and never received the letter. I left because I had to work and I was already late, and because I don't deal with unprofessional people, much less those who give me a bad attitude and waste my time. I will never go back to that place.
I am so happy having marie V as my PC provider. She'll give you all her attention and talk you how things go. Thank you Marie V
Very busy clinic! The dental assistant was amazing! Compassionate in caring for my 99 year old mother, navigating her in the wheelchair in a very tight space. The dentist was thorough and knowledgeable. My only issue is that I had to ask the dentist her name. As a Healthcare provider myself, I feel it is essential to introduce yourself to a patient before proceeding in examining them.
