This was my first experience with DOTHouse, and it was surprisingly very pleasant. Idelisse treated me very kindly and with respect, and even called me back to offer an earlier appointment option. Once there, Skarlen at the vision center was also very pleasant while remaining highly professional and making sure my needs were fully taken care of. The staff truly seems to go above and beyond, which is so refreshing to see these days. If you're looking for a new health center, I would highly recommend DOTHouse based on this experience.

This is about Laura Trueman specifically, came in because i have progressively been getting sicker when she checked my lungs this woman barely put the stethoscope to my body to hear anything, then checked my throat for no more than a millisecond. These people do not care about this community and are very dismissive to patients. I expressed these concerns again still dismissive. You guys should not be in business if you cant properly care for this community. This has been an issue for years as this establishment only has 2 stars which is a star too high. I was seen for no longer than 5 minutes & waited nearly two hours . Please stop hiring people that dont look like this community and dont give a damn about people that live here.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I work in front office and have been trying to reach PCP office for over an hour, keep getting transferred to other departments. and now to get HUNG UP ON by ANG in scheduling when trying to request important documentation for my patients? OVER 3 TIMES I HAVE BEEN HUNG UP ON. Do better or find a new profession.

Wish I could rate them 0. Horrible horrible establishment. They harassed me to get my Flu shot after I told them multiple times I did not want one. Doctor left the room after I said no again and said by the time she got back i should think about changing my mind. Pretty sure that’s illegal to force medicine! I was there to get my blood work and they ended up refusing to do it because I raised my voice saying i was not getting my shots. Do not go here!

My experiences have not been pleasant. I often leave in tears. One visit to urgent care, I had a doc mistake me for someone else & was going to prescribed my meds to that person. Another visit had my primary care doc put off an important issue for another visit (when we discussed it on the phone days before) I have also experienced some rude people on the phone, but thats other places as well. The follow up is not what it should be.
