Been going to this clinic over twenty something years realness great doctor his name is Dr. Philip Severin & and I brought my children as well and he care for them years love this clinic and the team Dr. Severin never changed his care for his patients went away for many years came back to him like a gift thank you

Horrible service. I had to find another doctor because the one I had for over 20 years retired and when I tell you these people don't care. They don't listen to you as the patient. I got prescribed asthma meds that I can't take. I injured my foot went to urgent care (X-ray tech was rough as all get up with my foot and cared less about my injured back while I was laying on that hard table) Er doctor said no fracture but VERY concerned that I may have a hairline fracture, torn ligament or nerve damage but they sent me home with nothing to support my foot (no boot not even a ace bandage..cause they ran out🤔) and even with such big concern and a referral my appointment to get said MRI and cat scan is a month away. So I'm expected to put pressure on a severely injured foot for a whole month and my appointment with my primary is booked out that far as well. If you're thinking about a new doctor and looking here.... RUN

There is a lack of respect here and accountability from providers. Important paperwork goes incomplete. When calling your consistently transferred to a phone service and never their clinic directly. I will one hundred percent be pulling my mother out of this clinic which she has loved for years .

I have been with Codman for 17 years and I appreciate the hours they operate because as a single mom I could always count on urgent care to be open after work. The downside is when I need to get ahold of someone there's a long wait for someone to get back to me even if I use my chart. I do see how things have evolved over the years and I will say it's moving in the right direction.
