DO NOT COME HERE, I REPEAT. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE when it comes to service. They lie about almost everything. I came in a week ago for lab work and Carla, had told me that I would receive my results within 2-5 business days. However when I called within the window, I was told that she went on vacation and won’t be back until Friday?! That’s insane and highly unprofessional! Ever since then I’ve been calling and calling to see if someone, any one could help me but they just blow you off, constantly telling you to leave voice mails, and/or say to check online. They don’t even know what they be saying or doing and how it can really confuse people. I should have never came here in the first place and I HIGHLY advise anyone to not waste your time here because they will. DO BETTER or better yet, shut this place down or get better staff!!
That place is so bad. Customers service really bad they don’t care about patients . I never see medical offices like that on my life.
I don’t even leave reviews but this places sucks . As someone who is also in Healthcare, the people here attitude sucks . They try make it seem like they want to help , but being a smart ass and speaking with a tone with an attitude. I had to walk out. Tried to set up a PCP, I was 10 mins late for the first appointment so they made me reschedule mind you they was empty . Came back for second appointment, ended up walking out . When they could have told me the first time what I needed to fix with my insurance, instead made me reschedule for being 10 minutes late to prove some kind of point . I don’t know if this place , Brockton emergency or carney hospital is worse . As a fellow healthcare worker, people y’all hired there should be ashamed . Very unprofessional!
This place is in desperate need of a complete change. A health center should be a place of care, respect, and professionalism—but here, patients are too often met with rudeness, arrogance, and a lack of basic courtesy. The receptionists and phone attendants treat people with disdain, speaking in a dismissive and condescending way, making patients feel like a burden instead of individuals seeking essential healthcare. Such behavior is unacceptable anywhere, but especially in a medical environment where trust, empathy, and compassion are vital. The service here falls far below the standards the community deserves. Until leadership addresses these serious issues and invests in proper staff training, this center will continue to fail the very people it is supposed to serve. Healthcare is not just about medicine—it is about dignity and humanity. Sadly, this place delivers neither.
This place needs a huge change, starting..with this unprofessional people..that works there ' when you call it's even worst ' you can't even understand them with a bad accent ' and staff 100% rude ' with no skills and they act that they have some kind a degree'...they helpless.. I bet most of them not even finish middle school.... And never mind .asking for call back because they wont... And those with a broken english its hilarious....you explain something to them....they get lost they cant even understand the reason why you calling....,they all need to get urgent training because it's getting worst... They need to fire all of them. not even 0 stars..
