When my family arrived here in the U.S and moved to Allston/Brighton Joseph M. Smith really help us out a bunch. Their staff is awesome and very attentive. I used to have frequent visits there as a kid and I moved since then but just recently had to reach out to CRCH and I'm very happy to see the newer building. They have more space now but the service and quality stays the same and I really appreciate that, they go above and beyond, I hope they get the respect they deserve!!!

Im in front of Dental Clinic waiting more than 30 minutes. No one was on the desk area just a Sing OUT TO LUNCH. If they are lunching they should leave allways someone there for the patient..what a bad service. July 17. 12.45 pm.

It's amazing to me how this office can be allowed to run as defectively as it does. No one answers the phone except the "call center" that is after hours and can do nothing but relay a message. The front desk is the absolute worst that I have ever seen or dealt with. You leave a message that never gets returned. They are rude over the phone and in person. Getting a refill called in? Don't even think about it. It won't happen. My chart messages go unanswered. On several occasions I was told a refill would be called in for my very necessary medication and it doesn't which means I go days over the weekend in pain and discomfort. How hard is it to approve or call in a medication??? Also, they claim they are open on Saturdays yet no one is there when I show up! I will say my doctor is good but the way things are run are AWEFUL!!
