The front desk just do their own things, doesn’t help the patient at all. Everytime been waiting for 1 hour even already had appointment! 🥲

I didn't have a good experience with the nurses here when I visited my OB here last year. They are poorly trained - e.g., they poked my arm multiple times and could not draw out any blood! I had bruises all over. I have to go to the hospital and pay out-of-pocket for an ER nurse to do it - who was successful at drawing blood in one try. This year I decided to go elsewhere. I also moved away further so it made sense. Their nurse called me repeatedly, sometimes 2-3 times a day - asking me why I had cancelled my appointment this year. When I said I moved, she demanded to know where I moved to, which hospital I plan on going (because I don't have a referral), who is my new OB/PCP and why I'm not coming in anymore. After multiple attempts of telling her that I moved, she wouldn't stop calling for the last few weeks. At one point she remarked, "if you don't tell me this or follow through with what we recommended, you'll die you know." Like why would I go somewhere when I'm constantly threatened by the nurses??

Doctor are nicely. But The front desk service staff is horrible rude, people who is working here, then the reception of the patient's basic courtesy is to have, if there is no patience and service awareness then I think that the patient who came to see a doctor has to meet the bad service attitude is simply too terrible.

Dr. Yeung is an amazing doctor who really cares, asks good questions, gently offers helpful insights and advice, and is responsive when emergencies come up between appointments. Honestly he is a major reason I stay in the Boston area. While some of the front desk people upstairs have been curt about simple things like not lining up the way they want, overall I've found the staff helpful. I've never encountered a mistake in billing or scheduling. Also they can switch fluently between English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (and maybe also Vietnamese, which is printed as a 3rd language on signs). They have surprisingly good systems: multi-channel appointment reminders (email and calls) and an easy-to-use website for checking test results and messages.
