Horrible experience. Dr. Anne Rebecca Murray-Chiriboga runs this practice like a business, not a healthcare facility. She appears stretched across multiple locations, leaving non-medical staff to manage patient care while she simply signs off. Follow-ups are poor, and continuity of care is essentially nonexistent. When I raised legitimate concerns, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response. Things became worse when I decided to leave the clinic and transfer to another provider. Despite medical records being my legal right, my request dragged on for three months. Only after that delay did I receive a bill for $27.76 for “copies and labor,” which is outrageous given the circumstances. The clinic also issues unnecessary provider letters and charges for tests that are already accessible in my medical record. The entire process felt retaliatory once I chose to leave, which is deeply troubling. I have since escalated this matter to higher authorities. Overall, New Health feels profit-driven rather than patient-focused. If you value proper follow-up, transparency, and respectful treatment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I've been coming to NEW for over 25+ years. The doctors and nurses in charge of my care are exceptional. My issue is with prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. There's always a problem with them being in limbo for extraordinarily long times. Some medications are emergent and very necessary and others are flexible. Currently, I've been waiting for an rx to be sent to the pharmacy since 7/2. Everyday I call or send a message through the portal and I get, "I see it just has to be sent over. We'll take care of that." I'm now almost a month out with a prescription that has been approved by my doctor and Blue Cross. I feel forgotten and unimportant. It's not a true representation of the care I've received here but it's extremely frustrating nonetheless.
I pay less by going to the urgent care instead of going to the doctor there. This is crazy expensive for nothing. Don't bother asking for a doctor here. They don't want to heal you, they want your money. The doctors are working like they are in a factory, sending you off when done with just the minimum. Honestly, for that service level, I'd rather stick to the urgent care.
This place stinks. The dentist refers to themselves as "general dentists" so they take over 2 months just to get a retainer. It's been 2 months and some change and I've had to call their office 3 times to ask them about the status and get them to actually call my insurance provider as if I'm their manager. They took 4.5 weeks just to file the appointment and my request for a retainer within their own office...It's pretty pathetic considering I went for my initial visit 6 months ago, they told me I was grinding my teeth at night and needed a night guard, took 3 months to finally get an estimate, then went in to go get checked out and they say they were wrong and I would be better off with a retainer. It's been over 2 months since they said I need a retainer and I still don't know how much the retainer is even going to cost...Also, the physicians aren't any better considering they couldn't complete some of their procedures and charged me full price for failed procedures. The only people in this office who are competent enough to do their job are the people in charge of lab work.
Went for first time Dental and had a excellent customer care service both at the front desk and from the dental staff. The dentist Leah Briscoe took care of regular teeth cleaning with much care and recommended for future Deep teeth cleaning..The Dentist is very knowledgeable and highly recommended...My teeth looks better now and safe for any dental precautions...Highly appreciate their customer and excellent dental care service...
