I used to take my daughter here when she would get sick. Everytime they wanted to test her for covid. They would always always make us wait outside and treated us like we had a disease everytime . She gets strep every year and they have record of that but yet they tried to inforce covid testing on her and everytime I'd decline they would refuse to write her a doctor's note for school. I would not recommend unless you want to get covid tested everytime u arrive and be placed where covid patients actually go which is outside is a sea container.

I love my provider here, but the front desk secretary’s have an awful attitude. Every time I am here they act as if they have better things to do. If you do not like your job, you do not have to take it out on others. Find another job! The young blonde in particular.

My entire family sees someone at this practice and there just are not enough good words to say for the providers and their medical assistants. My son and myself see Rebecca along with her MA Dana and they both are absolutely fabulous. Caring and attentive. You don't just feel like another name on the list with her. My husband and step son see Chelsea along with her MA Kelly (we just love her). Again, we can not say enough great things about either of them. Hancock will truly suffer if either of these providers ever decide to leave. Thank you for all you ladies do and for taking such great care of my family and I!

I absolutely love it our doctor here. My son and I both see Dr. Wiles and she is absolutely amazing. She knows the both of us very well and knows when something is wrong. The entire staff there has always treated us very well and never had a complaint. I saw all the previous views was worried at first but figured I'd give them a shot since they are local and would rather deal with a place local than drive to Hagerstown. I would absolutely recommend Dr.Wiles here and have delt with 2 other doctors who both listened to my concerns and worked out how we should deal with things. Wouldn't take my little guy or myself anywhere else.

I recently moved here from the Washington, DC area. I was amazed and pleased at the high quality of healthcare provided by the TriState facility in Hancock, MD. From the reception people who are friendly and helpful to the healthcare professional who does the preliminary screening to the people at the checkout area, everyone is so helpful, conscientious and caring. But the highest accolades go to the NP who handled my case. He took a detailed history, really listened to my symptoms and ran appropriate tests. I had more than one thing wrong with me but he was able to treat first one and then the other ailment. He was very clear about what he was recommending and followed up with me about my progress. It was altogether an excellent experience.
