I’m new to the area and had a positive experience with my primary doctor. Once I found out I was pregnant it made sense not to look any further and stick within the greater Baden network. Big mistake. Switching to another OBGYN has been an ongoing now 5 week nightmare. FIVE WEEKS!! why is it taking 5 weeks to switch out to a different network. Reaching these people for ANYTHING is side quest that will waster you time for over 40 days and40 nights. I have to go to the PHYSICAL office to get people to move their feet. Mind you I’m considering a high risk pregnancy. Time is of the essence and Greater Baden Medical professionally waste it.

Just close this place (Brandywine)! Every call I’m # 9,000 in the queue. Every appointment I’ve waited 1-2 hrs to be seen for less than 5 min. Getting a referral is like solving world hunger & I don’t even have the energy to get into the front office staff. The literal worst.

The Pharmacy gets 5 stars!! Very fast and friendly service. They are very personable and willing to answer any questions and go above and beyond their duty. Erica and Dr. Ryan make my pharmacy experience wonderful i look forward to seeing them every month.

Went there twice first visit I had appt. And still sat for 2.5 hours and 2nd appt. doctor put me on blood pressure and checked labs and told me someone would call, we'll they did and left a msg been calling back for a month leaving messages and a call back msg. Still no call back!!! If you value your health DO NOT go to this place. Horrible customer service

I had a very unpleasant experience with this doctor and her team. She was unprofessional, didn’t ask me any meaningful questions, and seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. Her nurse practitioner also appeared inexperienced and unprepared—they expected me to know everything, even though they are supposed to be the medical professionals guiding me. To make matters worse, their automated phone system is frustrating and poorly designed. Overall, I left feeling confused, unheard, and disappointed. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking thoughtful or respectful care. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. you will be wasting your time here
