Had some tests for strep and rsv 15 months ago. After getting the results from the competent NP I left the room. I went to the front desk and all was dark. I am assuming that the person at the desk thought there were no more patients. I called out, no response. Left thinking I would get a bill. Fast forward to now, I get a call saying that mail sent to me ladt year had been returned. It was addressed to my home, not my POBox. I asked that they resubmit my claim. Instead, two weeks later I get a call from a collections agency. A total goof up all the way around.

They absolutely do not care about their patients . All they care about is money . It is devastating everything they are doing to Rangelely. Just because we live in a rural area does not mean we don't deserve good medical care. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Can’t respect a company that is close minded and doesn’t care so much for patient overall wellness but only the $$$ to keep them coming back and pushing more meds and treating the symptoms not looking for the cure like Janie Gordon does. I’m sick to my stomach that she will be leaving us because Health Reach is incredibly foolish. We love the folks at Rangeley but will sadly look farther away for different health care! 🤢 #HEALTHREACHFAIL

HealthReach has forced the resignation of one of the best FNPs Rangeley Maine has ever seen. HealthReach questioned the medical practices of Jane Gordon FNP without even contacting patients regarding the care we've recieved. Jane Gordon FNP has helped so many community members in less than a years time, and now we're losing the best asset to our community. All other providers that came to us, before Jane, did not listen to our needs and rushed us out of appointments. Jane actually listens and cares. HealthReach does not keep patient care in mind, otherwise we wouldn't be losing the one person who actually helps us.
