Im surprised at some of these reviews, my husband, son and I became new patients here and we had a great exp! I had Dr. Hatch who was lovely and spent 45 mins just talking to me , getting to know my history , also my med was requested while I was sitting there.My husband and son had Dr.Griffin and they were pleased as well.It scary finding new care but so far do good!

I wish I could give a better review of this clinic, but sadly my review is linked directly to the care they did not provide or offer. My significant other was recently diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic via a 1 min conversation with a nurse. The nurse was doing their job as instructed. No offer of further assistance from a diabetic expert like a diabetic educator. No offer of nutritional support. No offer of a glucometer to monitor blood sugars, no advice of what ranges you should be in. Told him, we called you in a prescription of metformin and we will see you in a month. Noted in the phone call that your wife is a diabetic, so you should be all set. This is straight up negligence and not giving a crap. We have both left the practice due to the reason. You can and should do better. 0 stars, but had to list one.

Great and friendly staff, was very impressed with how quickly they got me in at the walk-in clinic. Able to quickly and correctly diagnose the problem and prescribe medication that I could pick up at the pharmacy right next door.

I needed a primary Dr. so my spouse brang me there to get seen. I pick up paperwork to become a patient not a walkin, walk ins are welcome. The receptionist are very polite, patient and do there job well. I leave there with results, medicine is called into your pharmacy, and a print out of all my appointments. It's mostly females but they are organized, attentive, and spend quality time with you explaining the treatments/ plan. I would definitely recommend this Health Center to anyone. You have some of the best Dr's there and workers. It's not just for a primary Dr., test can be performed there, prescriptions, and referrals to other specialists. The wait isn't long as long as your not late. The waiting room is a nice size to accommodate all the patients. They have a kids corner to keep your children busy, not bored. The lab is a also a door away from the sitting area. The bathroom is just a little hall of the waiting room. I like that it's very quiet and patients are seen quickly, not like E.R's in the past. Oh and an extra a 1/4 a mile away going home, an icecream stand 😋. My spouse takes me there after every appointment so it's something else to look forward too (Route 360 is what it's called). There closed until 11/03/2025. I got a ride 2 times already from calling the back of your insurance card. The drivers won't bring you to the pharmacy unless you add it to your reservation. I learned the hard way so hopefully I can add the pharmacy & icecream as my medicine, 😆 🤣 😂 I love to blog and leave feedback whether its good or bad. THANK YOU SACOPEE VALLEY HEALTH CENTER 🙏 ❤️, MODICARE TRANSPORTATION and ROUTE 360 ICECREAM. I don't know if they will edit out Route 360 but I look forward to going to the Dr's, never been late 👍

Five stars to Zia G who answered my off hours call. It was the best communication I have had with any office. I thought calling on a Friday night to leave a message would help me get a call back on Monday to schedule for my daughter. But instead, I got Zia, a real person to talk with!! she was a wonderful experience and cared if my 8yr old gets an appointment (have to book through military) she was so helpful and a human sending my message along and talking to my needs was incredible! thank you so much Zia G! for such a wonderful experience.
