Regarding the medical office in Lincoln Maine: The support staff are rude, unprofessional, and antagonistic. They seem to enjoy giving patients a hard time. They have no respect for patient confidentiality. They seem keen to deliberately get a rise out of people who are going through a difficult time. They are mean-spirited and bullies, the kind of people who deliberately push others buttons to get a reaction, and then punish their targets when they react. When I try to reach my doctor, I expect professional confidential service, not head games and to gossiped about.
RIP OFF. They could have told me before I signed up and went in that they were unable to refill my son's prescription from another state. I was very clear that's what I was here for. They had me go through all of their financial applications just to see a doctor and tell me they could do nothing. If I get billed for this visit I will take it straight to court.
The worst , before even starting they accuse you of seeking drugs while setting up appointments. Make a point to tell you we do not prescribe narcotics yet they prescribe Suboxone through certain staff members. If your there as a patient you already know what they charge you and keep doing nothing for you..in over 6 years I have had one test . Been sick since day one. They don't listen ,they will run a test only if you mention it. Many so called doctors aren't even actual dam doctors yet here we are calling them doctor this and doctor that.why do we do that ,cause they make us believe they are from day one. Wanna talk about useless . Whole time I've been there I have basically been on meds already prescribed from past doctors or put on what I've asked for. Never have I asked for a narcotic yet they treat me like I have. If everyone walked away from them they would have to close. Who's doctors are they their own or ours. We pay them that makes them our employees. Time they learn that. Not to mention the oath to help sick people when rite now many cases they are not they are guessing and making many of us sicker. Think hard before becoming a patient..some people need pain managent. I've never been sent in over 6years. They do not help with my pain..nor anyone else's unless you wanna eat your stomach out with ibuprofen. Even when on blood thinners. Good luck hope you live a long time going here. Glad I left.
I was put in a room for an hour or more. No one came to check on me. I was in serve pain from sinus infection. The nurse that took my blood pressure and weight seem she was not friendly at all. I am not a regular patient there my doctor is in Bangor, but everyone was telling me to go there instead of the hospital, I would get better care. Next time I will and from now on I'll be to the ER.They are more friendly and care more.
If you want Doctors who care about you and actually listen treating you as a person not a paycheck definitely go somewhere else. They do not I repet do not care about how you feel Sick ,pain doesn't matter and they will treat you like your an addict if anything hurts and no you don't need to ask for meds they will shoot you down before you even speak your first word at your first appointment.. they will treat you with meds for addiction which really is a pain meds as well just don't mention you are in pain Lord knows they are pretty horrible doctors. As soon as you die they already have somebody to replace you. Seriously keep looking they will not help heal you. I've was there for 10 years and had high blood pressure even after two meds and still nobody got to the why it was still high. They need to wake up and either treat people like humans and with a heart or stop being doctors who took oaths to help people.
