CALLED TODAY AND "LISA"THE OPERATOR with Pines Caribou Health Center VERY RUDE KEPT HANGING UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED FOR NURSE OR MA.. UNACCEPTABLE!! THERE SHOULD BE CONSEQUENCES FOR THAT BEHAVIOR.
Call to make an appointment at 5:20, they close at 5:30. Once I tell them that I need to make an appointment, the secretary says hold on one second and so conveniently hangs up the line. I call back, and it goes straight to sorry we are closed!! With 8 min left of the open business hour!!!
Dr. Armstrong is a great doctor. Understanding to my needs and disability providing the correct medications and treatment. The nurse and front desk staff are friendly and patient. I highly recommend Pines in Caribou. So grateful I found them.
Meds always run out on the weekends and they conveniently can't refill them until "Normal business hours" you'd think if this was such a common issue they would allow me to do order them early but no I have to wait until everything is out of wack so they can get me my medicine 🙃
I’ve been going to Pines for about 3 years. Doctor Armstrong is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to me. I love that they use the My Chart app which I downloaded on my phone. It makes it so easy for me to get a quick response from Doctor Armstrong as well as view test results and request medication refills.
