they do not honor your time. they tell you to get their 15 minutes before your appointment, which i did. i waited 35 minutes in total
Dental Billing is a nightmare to deal with! They bill the patient before even trying to bill insurance! Dental care is average at best. All they care about is getting your money.
Everyone's very nice, professional and friendly. I appreciate the skillful work they do. Many thanks to dental reception, doctor, and dental hygienists, you all do a great job! Best to all
The billing department is a nightmare. Went in to talk to someone about I had paid balance October 2024 and showed them my receipts and someone was to get back to me. One minute it is for one provider and then next it is for another. Now months later I have gotten two letters in mail and several messages about a balance but still to date they can not provide me a date with which provider and how all these months I have a charge from last October. It would be one thing if you provided an itemized bill but still haven’t gotten that.
Looking for new practice for my kids, every visit i'm asked to fill out the same paper work. I've told them i have no changes but they continue to insist i have to fill out the paperwork or they will REMOVE MY DAUGHTERS EMERGENCY CONTACTS. Like seriously get with the times and do pre registration over the phone like every other hospital. This is dumb and waste of my time and your resources to make me fill out redundant paperwork that IS ON FILE.
