Moved up here from out of state. Very happy with my new Doctor but this place is SO SLOW with referrals. My prior office would process a referral the same day. This place is taking 4 weeks and counting to process a simple referral! Update 2025: I've found that referrals is much more timely now and don't want new clients to think this is still an issue (at least not for me!). Since I came here I've had a new Dr. and really like her also.
My daughter had a 3:00 pm appointment was there at 2:45 pm checked in and I had to go back to window at 3:15 pm and see why my daughter wasn't being seen. Window said I wasn't checked in. Saw 2 more people do the same. Not a good experience.
Every time I call it’s at least a 15-20 minute wait on hold listening to some God awful piano music over and over and over. Also, when they leave a message to call them back they don’t say who the message is for (we have 4 people in our family who are patients). Also, today’s message on machine was to call them back. No details. Spent 18 minutes on hold only to be told it was a reminder for an appt next week. You have GOT to be kidding me! Just leave a detailed message, or send the confirmation via email or text.
3 Stars only because of the call center! It's ridiculous every time I call it's at least 15min to 20min hold time before you even speak a word to someone! At this point it would be super beneficial to have each location handle their own calls! There's 4 or 5 women behind the desk at brewer. Other than this I'm happy with their service.
They called me a few hours before my appointment and canceled my very important appointment that I scheduled 6 weeks ago with my doctor for my medical needs I've been dealing with and told me sorry but your doctor is leaving early today so we have to cancel your appointment. They treat you like your medical need isn't important and brushed it off as well you can always come to walk in care. No I'm not going to walk in care and waiting my whole day at walk in care when I have a scheduled appointment and it's not my problem that they want to leave work early. Why should my medical health be effected by them wanting to not be at work. Not ok with this.
