We waited longer than normal this time and I feel like it interfered with their allotted time with him. We could gave been called back and had vitals taken and all and been ready when Ben was. He has definitely done a great job! The staff is friendly and has excellent customer service,I just feel the time management was off this time. Still gave them a 5.

Melody Jones really cares for her patients. If you have the time, she definitely has the heart. When I arrive at the clinic, from the time of entry until I leave, I'm provided great service with caring people. What I really love about Melody, if she doesn't know for sure, she's not putting you in any situation until she does know. I was given the pros and cons from her about my treatment. It's important to have direct honesty and she provides that.
