The staff has always been really nice . recently I seen my new provider Lacy . She seems to really care for her patience . awesome overall experience.
I have not been there in 6 months or most other places that's it shows I've been good really needs to get it together in the location in maps. Has me driving all over the state when I haven't left my house. Or either need to do something about keeping others out accounts . Definitely a problem here.
Every time I go there, good interactions with everyone, including super-friendly front desk folks as well as incredibly caring medical professionals and experienced lab staff that excel at what I call 'good sticks.' As many times as I've been there, only experienced a couple of longish waits but not even as long as an hour, which everyone should know clinics are going to run into that situation because they juggle such a volume of patients with so many different needs that there's not always wiggle room for them to see patients by strict clockwork but they do try. Wish I could remember every single time I went and came away with solutions or strategies to address whatever I had going on healthwise, and at my age (and with my having paid too little attention to my health in younger years) that can be a lot sometimes. I want to add that several times over the years of going there, I called to get an appointment and was willing to take one a week or more away but the scheduler would say, oh, hey, I see we have an opening, can you make it in today by xx time? And one Christmas Eve day I had an excruciating earache from bad ear infection and again, I only called for an appointment for some future time but they said come on in and with the med I was saved so much pain and was able to make Christmas dinner the next day. I love this place. I could go to any doctor's office in Winn or out of town but I feel sure I wouldn't get the same level of care. Anyone unhappy with the people here might want to examine whether their own attitudes are playing into those bad experiences. And remember, we all have bad days so give folks a break.
Excellent service, fast and prompt. Very nice staff. Had no problem getting an appointment right away even though we were a new patient from out of town. Very good experience.
Extremely rude and unhelpful front desk. Husband tried to go in for a quick test or at least set an appointment for one and the front desk refused to help. They claimed they were just way too busy even though there was not a single patient in waiting area or vehicle even in parking area.
