Waited for my appointment for a month and a half, finally get there and she doesn’t have enough time for me and still I paid $35 for the visit. She rescheduled for two days later, paid $75 to be seen and for a lab to be done. Told me I would have to pay another $35 to find out my lab results. I get the call with my results and they want to reschedule me for another week…just to find my results. Still have not received a call back and I paid for it all. Very unprofessional place! All they want is your money people!! The doctor acts cracked out as well! I don’t see why people recommend David Raines!
Shannon Moe is very dismissive. Made me regret even coming and bringing up the issue I had wanted to be seen for. What she didn't know is that I am a registered nurse soon to be NP too and it is unacceptable how dismissive and rude she is. She made me feel like I was a burden to her and like she did not want to do a procedure on me. She downplayed my symptoms and did bare minimum!
I want to take a moment to recognize one of the LPN Chaquyrya Reliford at David Raines . She was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and patient during my mom’s appointment. From the moment she walked in the room, she brought a calm and caring energy that made my mom feel truly comfortable and cared for. She went above and beyond to make sure every need was met — always checking in, explaining things clearly, and treating my mom like family. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to find someone so sweet, professional, and dedicated. David Raines Center is lucky to have her on their team!
Worst office in Shreveport. The staff is unresponsive on getting back with you concerning concerns you have. You leave a million messages and never get a call back including doctors. In order to get anything done you have to continually go to their office to get an answer. If your doctor work at a different office the best thing to do is go to a different office.
The doctors and staff here truly care about their patients. They are doing a good service to the community, the fact that they are a non profit, that they work with people that have financial problems shows. I have tried at least 5 different doctors in the area and they ACTUALLY care about people over profits here. I had to change therapists because we just didn't click but I found the perfect one and am very happy about it. As long as I am in Shreveport, I will be getting services from them.
