I love Patricia webb. the rest of the service is ridiculous. I've been on hold 6 minutes with a receptionist who says patty can't see my records while I'm in the hospital. this is a bullshit lie. it's called epic/my chart. she can see more than I can. good grief. I had to change locations from the one 3 blocks from my house before when patty changed because her replacement refused to see me. I still don't have a gyn and I'm a vulvar cancer patient so I have to call the onc surgeon for every thing a gyn would handle and he can't do much outside of surgery
I have been a patient for a long time thinking I had found a good caregiver. Well I found out how wrong I thought. I had a fasting appointment last month. Been calling for results as I maybe diabetic. But I was calling because the provider said she would call me with my blood test results. I never received a call from her or the facility with the results. So today when I got someone to answer. They said I had to make an appointment per the provider to get results they said they would give me over the phone. Wow,
BEST DOCTOR OFFICE EVER!! They welcomed me in with open arms 🤗 & gift. 💝 Strawberry banana Smoothie-Free. In & out less than an hour . Best Morning so far , Patrica Webb is my doctor. The front desk receptionists are so kind , her energy definitely shines & will reflect different on how your day will be. 🦋. I couldn’t stop saying I love her energy & vibe. That’s how strong her energy was. Positively . Thank y’all for all the love this morning.. can’t wait till next month ALREADY😂
I went to the Shreveport dentist and they were so nice and professional. The nurse and dentist made sure I was ok when numbing my gum for the extraction. The receptionist was also, kind and professional. I made the right decision to go over there. The payment sliding scale is awesome without it I would’ve been stuck trying to find someone to do my extraction. Yes, they take adult Medicaid, but if not your insurance that’s where the payment sliding scale comes into play. Even if you don’t have any insurance. They are the BEST!!!
I went on May 4th to see a gynecologist for my annual visit. I saw Dr. Emily Green and she was AMAZING!!!! She had phenomenal bedside manner. She listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions. She was like a supportive friend, but a Dr at the same time. The office staff was AMAZING , in fact every person that I came into contact with that day was amazing. I can not recommend this place enough.
