Their appointment scheduling is horrible. one time my appointment had to be rescheduled because my teeth cleaning was scheduled during the dentist's lunch break. I took off from work only to find out that they couldn't take me that day. On another occasion, they scheduled my appointment the day after Thanksgiving. I was relying on this appointment. They called me the week of Thanksgiving to tell me they had to reschedule to a much later day because the office would be closed the day after Thanksgiving. Definitely was relying on that appointment because I had severe tooth pain.
