Google Maps sent me here for Urgent Care, So I jumped through the facilities hoops to obtain a primary care Doctor to be seen the day. Only to be booted out the door for lack of funds. It's all good now that I know THEY HARE NO URGENT CARE FACILITIES.

I came from Planned Parenthood and nothing beats Crescent Care. My Dr, Dr. Fondren is amazing and listened to all my conecerns. Gale has also been a huge help to help me get all my information for top surgery and name change. Amalia has also been an amazing help regarding appointments, etc. I’m confident I chose the right place for my transition journey. I 10/10 recommend Crescent Care!!

I'm a 56 year old lady. Crescent Care on Elysian Feilds has the most compassionate kind cheerful professional staff I have ever encountered in my whole life. Receptionists were all welcoming consistently each visit. Miss Shannon case manager is thorough. Dr. Kalayjians receptionist is is light hearted and encouraging.The doctor did a great job discussing every detail of my history to determine my needs. Further, the communications portal is updated clearly ,promptly and accurately. I highly recommend Crescent Care for professional compassionate care.

I went in to get an STI screening, and they treated both my daughter and I with so much understanding, compassion, empathy, and respect. Everyone from reception to nurses to doctors here are so, so valuable to this community (and friendly and kind).
