Yeah I’m sorry to write this. But I cannot get hold of the pharmacy to save my life!!! The automated option doesn’t work and they rarely answer the phone. They take a two hour lunch. I mean what the hell!! Can’t you stagger your crew or something. Jesus, it’s simple planning that any business does. Perhaps they’re caught up in red tape and I should be complaining to higher ups. You people work there! Demand it be done right. You treat people needing affordable healthcare like crap!! Do better! Thank you and sorry for the tirade. I’m hella frustrated at this point.

You will not be able to leave an appointment here, for very specific PHYSICAL concerns, without them (2 different doctors) trying to convince you that you are a subhuman commodity in need of mind altering pharmaceuticals. Absolutely sickening.

Appointment was actually useless. Nurse practioner was very kind then a doctor comes in and tells me im sick because im fat ? I had just been. Hospitalized that week for nerve damage. Ive Been having the same problems since 10 years ago when I was borderline anorexic... she even had the nerve to try and tell me to eat whats on the outside of the grocery aisle ? Assuming I was lazy and binge eating and not under extreme stress. Didn't help and sucked and am canceling my dental appointment I have there for November.

Called over the phone to see if they take walk ins . Of course it’s the call center, Lady says yes I can come for 11am but get there a few mins early for paperwork , I did that . Get there then get told because your a walk in we are about to go to lunch , and you have to come back after one pm and then it’s still isn’t a guarantee that you will be seen. So I talked to a doctor on the screen and he wasn’t polite . Went to get pregnancy test , no pregnancy test was preformed!!!! Because they was rushing to go to lunch. So now I’m going to store to buy a test. Moral of the story, customer service was terrible, There isn’t a complaint number or no one to talk to when you get this type of service, but there is a security guard who lives on his phone , and if you get loud or show any type of fustration or hostility he will be show to escort you out or call the police. And also u will have a change of going viral because they recorded you saying your a Karen. But if I am pregnant I will sue this company for full potential. ✌🏾

Optometry dept only. The doc and his staff are awesome. FIVE STAR! HOWEVER, their front of house management/staff is questionable. TWO STARS. 1. No one answers the phone. I tried calling at different times of day for a month to make an appointment with no success. Just waited until my daughters’ appointment to make mine. 2. The ladies in the front office go to lunch from 12-1. Are they besties and can’t go to lunch by themselves? I got the text saying my daughter’s glasses were ready for pickup but I can’t get them between 12-1 because they have go to lunch. Seriously? The fact that they haven’t staggered lunch for their front of house staff is crazy to me.
