I am never really one to write a review but after my experience I feel it’s appropriate. I have been to multiple departments in this clinic for over a year and the one thing i have sadly noticed, THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! Seems like a bit of a rash thing to say but I have been NOTHING but nice and understanding to these people. I genuinely have no idea what their problem is with me. The receptionists are rude and always have an attitude. I have been there 4 times as a walk in to see doctor Bergeron, 4!! Everytime I asked to see him as a walk in they would say “oh well he isn’t taking anymore walk ins today.” “Come back tomorrow” And I did, got the same response. They should not just release me without someone seeing me. I am asking to see my mental health doctor about my anxiety and depression and that it has been bad lately and you just sent me home? What if I had done something to myself. I’m pretty sure they arent even supposed to do that. It wasn’t until my 4th time where I was finally told that dr Bergeron isn’t taking as many patients anymore. That is when I decided to go elsewhere for my mental health. About a week ago I had come in with my significant other as he had been having some issues with his memory. I told the receptionist that I am here as a walk in for a specific doctor. They said okay and we sat down and began waiting the 2 and a half hours it took to see us which is fine I understand people are busy. They finally brought us back and when we got there we were told a different doctor will be seeing us. We were a bit confused so my significant other told a nurse that we were supposed to be seeing another doctor. Well the doctor we didn’t request comes into the room and said a snarky comment like “well you wont be seeing me anyways” or” you dont need to see me anyways” or something like that. We talked to her and the nurse explaining that we were totally okay with seeing this doctor but we had just requested another one. They told us we cant see the doctor and we would be put on the preferred doctor’s schedule which was hours from then. Me and my significant other were so confused about this because we hadn’t been rude or had an attitude, we had been respectful and understanding the whole time. So again we said we are totally okay with seeing that doctor. They said they will have someone come talk to us. We talked with the person in charge I guess telling them what was going on. They understood what we were saying and told us that the doctor we were fine with seeing will see us soon. So we waited another hour and when we finally got called back again, we had the appointment. The doctor had finished and had requested my s/o get bloodwork because he had been having memory issues which is why I had been there with him. So as the doctor was leaving the room my s/o asked if that was all he needed done. The doctor said in a really snarky tone “well for right now yeah!” Me and my s/o looked at each shocked and fed up. We just wanted help here. This is our lives, and they treated us with disdain and unprofessionalism.

I first walked into the door and I was nervous because there was a crowd of people waiting. To my surprise, things were moving at a very good pace. I’m so amazed that you can have help applying for health coverage . Do you know how many people in the community are being helped by just that alone! So that was the first good experience. I am currently entering a new season and while I am so happy about it, sometimes I get nervous. While I was getting my vitals taken, a worker sent from heaven came & spoke so much life into me. She made me look at life so differently. And while I can’t say her name directly, I just felt like I know her. She works in the lab, but this day she was assisting a coworker in the front. I love her for that ! And she is beautiful on the outside & in. So that part of my visit was heart touching and inspiring. Then I go into the room where I don’t wait long at all for my physical to be done then another angel walked in (with her bob bouncing left to right like she had just got it pressed) and got the job done . Soft spoken , calm and very helpful. She was efficient and so very well educated. Every time she spoke, I wanted too lay on the table, cover up with that hard paper that’s on it and take a nap. Everything felt like it was happening perfectly. I do know her name, but it’s pronounced like it has a lot of letters , but I think it sounds classy :)’ !!! There is nobody that can convince me that these weren’t my sisters. Thank you 2 Goddesses for being so amazing & perfect & all that good stuff at your jobs. The world needs more of y’all!

Most of the staff here are really nice. The issue I have though is with the LAB team. They do not know how to properly draw blood. It's only when I draw blood over there that I come back swollen, bruised, and in pain. When I draw blood at other places, it is never nearly as bad as when I draw blood here. Very disappointed in that given that I have to draw blood here quite often.

I feel i am being discriminated by destiny William carmen brown nurse i made a complaint and am being treated badly because I was having difficulty getting the nurse to help me get my medicine she never called me back and let me know what was happening. I needed prior authorization for my medicine and I called my insurance and they said they never received any paperwork so i give up and won’t call for her help again

Dental. No problem with Dr Reggio he’s got a very good bedside manner. However I’ve had very negative experiences with the older dental assistant at this office. She is consistently rude, condescending, and shows a clear lack of patience — especially toward disabled patients. I’m 30 years old, yet she talked down to me as if I were a child. Instead of offering support or understanding, her attitude makes the entire visit stressful and uncomfortable. Dental care should be a safe and respectful environment for everyone, but unfortunately, her behavior has made me feel dismissed and disrespected. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously, because patients deserve kindness, compassion, and professionalism at every visit.
