The psychiatrist only does apps over the phone and she loves to cancel and not reschedule them over and over. So if you need your antidepressants or anything good luck from Dr.Osario. Completely unprofessional and there’s a reason all their patients are switching doctors!!!! Place ought to be shutdown for good!

Unfortunately this facility is poor ran and staff it extremely short and rude with patients. Specifically the front office staff that does patient intake. The female receptionist there is extremely rude with everyone. Everyone has a shocked face when they leave the counter and she is so short with you over the phone as well. She should not be dealing with patients. They have doctors there that they are unable to get in touch with for sometimes a week if anything is wrong with your prescription, it’s a nightmare.

Can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am with this place. A lot of elderly patients HAVE to come this facility. I've heard soo many times from different patients about how they can't even get in touch with someone when they need to refill prescriptions, get appointments or referrals. You have to call back to back, leave multiple messages with the nurse and still then you don't get a call back. No one should have to call the Doctor's mom to get a message to the doctor because they have a hard time getting a hold of the them at their job. No one should have to send an email to get a referral through after calling for months. It's like people are having to beg for care. Please put processes in place that help and care for the people, not hurt them and cause further frustration and pain.
