The girls, Amy and Kristin are flat out rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Kristian couldn't even answer my questions and started laughing on the 1st phone call. On the second one, Amy lied to me on the phone saying she was "on the phone at the same time" when I spoke to Kristin, mind you with no notification that there was a 3rd party listening in. If it even happened! Then Amy proceeds to lie and change my wording to "back up" Kristin. This isn't junior high! These people are supposed to be polite and professional. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!! They are dealing with people who come to counseling who have a lot of emotional pain, a little understanding and empathy goes a long way - you will not find it there!
Hade a schedule appointment, went doctor on vac, they offered us to see someone else or come in next week . Called the day of appoint to confirmed the time (yes) and the person was there (no) rescheduled
I have never in my life experienced such rude service from a receptionist. I called in hopes to speak to a nurse to have one of my prescriptions switched back to what I had before, and the receptionist told me no. Then, i called back and asked to speak to a nurse or leave a message and she informed me that it will cost money to even contact a nurse or doctor. She took my DOB, didn’t bother asking for my name, and hung up in my face without verifying an appointment. All of this happened while shes talking to other people while on the phone with me and laughing and cutting up while I’m trying to figure out how I’m supposed to reach my doctor. I was a receptionist at another clinic, and I would have been FIRED had i acted that way. What a poor excuse for a receptionist.
PSA: Both buildings of primary care are seriously lacking. I've been a patient for over 9 years, starting back in high school, and this place is the slowest I've ever experienced. Sure, people have appointments, but if someone is 45 minutes late, why are they getting called before walk-ins? They don't follow any order for patients coming through the door. Today, I was skipped over multiple times by women who arrived at least an hour after me. The wait times can be incredibly frustrating and even depressing for many. I witnessed another woman crying because she felt uncomfortable after sitting there for so long. I completely understand her feelings—every visit takes 3-4 hours! You practically need a day off just to go here. I’ve seen reviews mentioning that if you’re not a regular patient, they won’t refer you, and that’s spot on. If they don’t see you often and you walk in needing something, don’t expect any help. Today was my last day dealing with this nonsense they call healthcare. It’s slow care or no care, honestly. They’ve even been called out on Facebook for giving fake diagnoses. Be careful—make sure everything they use on you is clean. I had a bad experience where a woman used a dirty tongue test on me, and my mouth started tingling right away. I asked other patients if my mouth was swelling because it was tingling so badly, and they confirmed it. Just a heads up, don’t waste your time here!
My wife and I went to the behavioral health service and this was hands down the best doctors office I've ever been to It had vaulted ceilings chandeliers and big cushy couches and that's in the room where we get to see the counselor I literally just got to sit there with my feet up and they brought us beverages I said that right They brought us beverages If you're going to search for a great counseling place where the people care and are nice this is it. I was literally so dumb found by this place I forgot to take pictures of the inside that should say a lot 🙄 I think I might just move in. Not to mention the counseling session was very good she got my wife to open up even though she suffers from the disease of shyness (Rocky quote)
