Service is fine great therapist but no parking you gotta fight every single time you come here for parking spot. And then in the back, they have a boss that’s taking five parking spots when they know there’s a parking problem and then you gotta go park on the street in an unsafe situation because Louisiana drivers can’t drive and now you gotta put your vehicle in the situation to where it’s not safe or risk of getting hit on the road because they don’t provide enough parking. This is my last visit today because of parking issues will not be returning. If I have to walk a mile. I’m just gonna have to find another clinic to go to.
Do Not , go to this clinic! The level of unprofessional for Dr.Brandi Gilmore is beyond ! My child had a virtual visit in 2024 she was very nice person , did her job it seems . Before ending the zoom call she stated she will send the results from the evaluation still to may 19,2025 I have received absolutely nothing . I been calling since April 20th for a response back from her and keep getting the run around ! The front desk( patient register) ladies have been trying their best to help but the doctor herself has never responded to not one email yet . I understand she busy and she may have other patients but she still have never followed through with a patient from 2024! I am beyond pissed and fed up ! I wish I can talk to someone higher than her to report ! When you call priority heath care they have a pre recording stating all emergency will receive a respond back within 24 hours and I have not received a call back yet! I been calling every single day even filled out a medical release for his records nothing. Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH DR.Gilmore she is absolutely unprofessional and does not respond to her patients!
This is ridiculous no call backs after leaving multiple messages and does not put your Prescription in and Ignores you. I will be finding another Doctor very soon. Miss Christina does not reply to any messages or puts any prescriptions in on time. This is ridiculous.im leaving to go out of town and need my medicine in before I left which takes days smh
Had a virtual appointment with Dr Gilmore on 6/6/24. Dr Gilmore never got on the visit and no one called to tell me there was a delay. 40 min later someone called to tell me to get on but at that point I was going back to work from my lunch break. Rescheduled for 6/20/24 and was called on 6/18 saying she won’t be able to speak with me, I can come into the building at another appointment time. I am not a Priority for Priority Health Care. Do not schedule with Dr Gilmore.
My problem is not w the professional ladies who work hard , but w/ the kiosk System! ON 9/12/23 I WAS A WALK IN TODAY FASTING @ QUEST DIAGNOSTICS @ 7 ish & I WAS TOLD I WON'T BE SEEN UNTIL 9:50 am. I left for my 8am dental appt . " I CALLED FOR AN APPT" & returned for 11 am, to find out the kiosk didn't have my name! 🤔😔 So I waited from 11am - 12:50 appt time to give blood ,by then I felt WEAK & SHAKING ! PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! WALK INS HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 2 HOURS! Appointments are "FIRST PRIORITY"! Save yourself the trouble! 🎁 QUEST DIAGNOSTICS PLEASE FIX YOUR SYSTEM!!
