ACADIANA CONCERN FOR AIDS RELIEF, EDUCATION AND SUPPORT, INC. operates the following service delivery sites. All locations provide care regardless of ability to pay.
Acadiana Cares is a very warm welcoming place. I had my first appointment and everything went smooth. The front desk ladies are very sweet and nice. The nurses are very knowledgeable and nice. My experience was very nice.
I have the best Dr. Dr. Clinton Young. He is so nice and explains everything so thoroughly. You couldn't ask for a better doctor ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been having him as my primary Dr for over a year now.
Poor service, poor communication, absolute garbage employees. Rude, unhelpful, and unable to properly explain the parameters of their organization. They hang up on the phone with the minimal amount of provocation, and have absolutely no customer service values. They should be shut down. You can expect me to submit a complaint with the Louisiana Department of Health about the quality of care and service within your organization.
From the kind and smiling faces of Ms. Monica and Ms. Leona at reception, to the gentle and attentive nurses and finally to my final destination...Andre'. She is so kind, compassionate, reassuring, attentive, informed and genuinely concerned about my physical and mental well-being. She always takes the time to return my calls. She is definitely one of the best providers I have ever had. She genuinely makes me feel like I am important.
Ms Martha is one of the most kindest souls I have ever met. She takes such great care of my best friend. He has an angel disguised in human clothing making sure he is well taken care of. I truly believe in this place. It offers hope to those in need of their services. They provide everything from food to care for these patients. If there was ever a need they are there for him and others. Thank yall so much for loving my friend as I do.
