i was bringing my child to see norman! he’s a great person. but they NEVER answer the phone, doesn’t matter what time your calling they never answer. everytime i’ve brung my child for shots they claim they don’t have the staff so i have to come back another day and another time. and half the time when i do go they take absolutely forever. the nurses who check her weight and etc the past few times i went claim they aren’t even nurses for babies so they don’t know how to check her. i don’t recommend. at all.

No longer has dental department and the worst part they won’t even answer the phone to tell you knowing you have an appointment coming up. They’ll just hope you don’t call or show up, I guess.

Terrible experience with the therapist (dropped me as a patient with NO warning or notice), psych NP (REFUSED to meet with me in person, would require an ***in-person virtual appointment*** where you have to be at the clinic alone in a room with a laptop with the NP in a DIFFERENT ROOM in the same building🤬), and dentist. Here what I wrote as my reason for canceling my next automatic appointment with the dentist: "Strongly disliked my service in my first appointment. Wait time in the lobby and service room was way too long, building was very hot, x-rays took way too many tries, wasn't able to get my teeth cleaned at all for my first visit, I had to come back months later for them to use the necessary machine, ultimately my teeth weren't even brushed or flossed! Mouth doesn't feel nearly as refreshed as it does when I've been to other dentists." The front desk proceeded to call me and tell ME I was overreacting because they gave me special treatment and I was still complaining... What special treatment? This was hands down the least professional "health care" I've ever received.
