Don’t bother wasting your time, customer service is pretty much non existent. No one ever answers the phone and staff were no where to be found when entering the clinic. The one employee that was actually present was a lady sitting at the front desk with AirPods in whilst on her phone.
So the website states they close at 4:30 and it states testing stops at 4:00. I came in today at 3:42 and was turned around. They advised they stopped for the day. Would not recommend. I tried again today and the light skin lady with yellow teeth had an attitude & lied about what time they stop at this point they don’t have to worry about me trying for a third time
When I say the most unprofessional place I ever been to in the world they lost my results twice and I just went today to get tested and they said they don’t have no one to test me like why are yall still open I never in my life been so disappointed do not go and they need to shut down.
A clinic that is known for taking walks in insisted I’d have to wait 2 hours for a STI testing walk-in when there was 1 client in the lobby and it wasn’t even lunch time yet so??? So annoyed I took the time out my day to not be seen and these people don’t care if you have a job, a babysitter whatever your situation is. This is very frustrated because they usually handle business well but it was giving they ain’t feel like working today. Bad business.
The best std testing in Baton Rouge! When I first came, I didn’t know what to expect because there were barely any sign and people to know where was this magical place. I stumbled on the phone number 225-923–AIDS on the truck parked right next to the building. I called and got a nice guy to come out of the building to assist me. Even though outside of the facility looked questionable, the inside was very comfy and inviting. The lab area was very organized, neat, and professional. They offered three free std tests and I took them all. After 20 minutes, a consultant came into the building and told me the result. I recommend this place for all your std testing! And please donate! They need our help!
