Sent my husband for a physical and found out he has high blood pressure, cholesterol and sugar. No one sat him down and explained what that meant, what steps he should take ie: diet etc. All they did was write him a prescription and send him off. Didn't even brief him on the do's and don'ts of the medication... He also told them about another issue he was having and they didn't even address it. Just wrote it down in the visit summary. I WILL NOT be sending him back. Lazy practice. Just there to make a check. They obviously don't give a damn about their patients.

First off , ask the receptionist to check my insurance. Then she told me I had a co pay. After knowing I didn't. I called Ambetter , and Mrs May told me that I didn't. just like I told her. So I'm going to need my ,$150 back ty

They had me waiting for my son’s appointment since 8:00am and still 10:43am at the moment of this review and they havent since mine son I asked them if i need to come back or what and they told me that they changed the appointment to 10:30 and i am still waiting I dont recommend coming to this clinic is one of the worst clinic i ever been to Also i had an appointment for a cleaning and they did nothing but check my mouth and teeth and told me that i have to get another appointment for cleaning it makes no sense to make another appointment for something they can do in the same day
