Dr. Racheal Gray is the best hands down. I truly appreciate her bedside manner. I have been a patient of Dr. Gray for 4 years now because she listens to my concerns and I never feel rushed during my appointments.

My primary care doctor Gray is absolutely amazing/incredible she truly listens, cares, and makes every visit feel personal. Her medical assistants are always kind and professional, and the front desk staff (specifically Ms. Yolanda!) she’s so welcoming and efficient. The pharmacy is quick and reliable too they process prescriptions fast and make sure everything is ready on time. This is the only doctor office I been going to since a kid and I never had a problem there. And let’s not forget Ms.Bland she’s always shown true care and compassion! Love love love my doctor office;)

This whole facility is unprofessional, Dr.Gray is unprofessional I overheard her talking and laughing about a patient she had seen. Ms. Kat is rude as well she ran my foot over and didn’t apologize but had an attitude. I will NEVER recommend coming here ever again!

Went in this morning, three people at the front desk & they weren’t welcoming. I simply asked to have a physical resigned using a different form than the one they gave me and they wouldn’t. (At the schools request) Definitely won’t be going back.

This place is clean, never has anyone in the waiting room, and they do all your labs on site! So far, I'm loving Ms. Crystal, the NP I'm seeing. No complaints here, except maybe the distance I have to travel to get to it from South Baton Rouge. It seems to be well-run, everyone is very kind, from the front desk on back!
