Needed to establish care with a doctor. Explained my situation over the phone but when I arrived for my appointment, they were unable to do what they said they could and it was a total waste of time. Staff and Nurse Practioner (never saw a doctor) were rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Fortunately for me, I was able to find another doctor's office nearby that wasn't completely incompetent. Try a little harder and skip Whitehouse clinic.
I have some dental work that needs to be done but my teeth were infected. The doctor told me all my uppers had to go. I am glad to get rid of broken teeth and replace them with dentures. I have had prescriptions filled here and that is very convenient. I have seen medical doctors here and everything went well.
This is the worst Dr's office I have ever been to in my life (and I grew up in a 3rd world country) The nursing staff is far more educated than the Dr's and getting a correct diagnosis is nearly impossible if you have anything more than the common cold. They will put you off when trying to obtain lab results and will try to avoid you when you have real medical issues. I have a dear friend who mistakenly used their services and due to their inability to diagnose he lost his leg. I highly recommend looking elsewhere and if you are able go to Lexington or any other city to find treatment!!
I am writing this review after a bad appointment experience today. I called to set my son up for a new patient appointment and sports physical. I expressly stated that over the phone. Upon his appointment, we were told that they would not do the physical. We waited 3 weeks for this appointment. Just another case of a medical practice trying to have multiple billings for insurance. Do not go here. They do not respect working parents and will try to milk you for as many appointments as they can get instead of doing the right thing the first time.
The doctors suck. They don't want to do their job, and I have a 6 year old with a chronic problem, and they keep feeding her a laxative instead of actually getting her help. Won't be back! Also don't blindly feed your kid myralax it's not good long term and if the issues isn't resolved by using it go to a specialist. That is if your GP will listen to you 😡 This has been a consistent problem and she is struggling to gain weight. I told them I'm concerned and they said she'll grow out of it. I didn't! I quit going myself because I went in for a separate issue a few years ago for myself and as soon as they heard I'm unmarried they started running std tests. I'm allergic to the soap I was using. It delayed my treatment and I had to go to another doctor all together to actually get listened to. The doctors I liked there no longer work there. That should say something.
