Be aware. First time I was stood up for a very important mental health appointment. We traveled six hours total to Prestonsburg from AshLand to have the provider, Zelda McIntosh, not show up GOOD Friday, 2025. Wow. Did a number on me with the past unresolved trauma and PTSD. They also billed and were paid for this by Medicaid. Wow. Have to share this as they also cancelled TWICE for other appointments the morning of. Zelda needs a respite and MT Comprehensive needs better help and care overall. Met Billy Lee and he was also waiting that day for hours and NOT helped. The Truth hurts at times but for the greater GOOD, amen.

Paul and Angie are the best doctors I’ve seen at mountain comp, and Seth is the best therapist I’ve ever had I feel comfortable and safe around him and I feel like he actually understands me

Worst place to take children they have canceled twice and took both kids off meds until they can be seen (in person). Maybe don't cancel patients then. When I called the nurse was rude and said I don't care they can't get meds until seen.

My wife was a patient of Christi Hatfield. Worst therapist in the world. Had her on so many medications it could’ve sent her into Pyschosis. Constantly cancelling appointments with her, then when my wife would cancel, she’d try to just drop her as a client. When she thought she could rely on her. I would never recommend anyone who takes their mental health serious to deal with this clown.
