I went to the dentist there having set up an appointment the same day I called to have a molar removed and the attention was very professional and excellent. I just waited 5 minutes to be served, the technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services. I’ll be coming back for my dental needs. Thanks

Called 3 times, Number to schedule dentist appointment has prompts but after sitting on hold forever, everytime someone answered i got a different answer and transferred to the dental department? the prompts literally were supposed to take me there. Each person that transferred me went to a line for someone to check their mailbox and doesn't accept calls from my extention?? The website shows they do emergency dental extractions but each person that answered said something different either they dont or please hold and ill transfer you...Back to the same check your mailbox number....Its on your website. If you dont offer these services REMOVE it from you website or train your people to know what their talking about. Also get a number prompt that works. I tried for 45 mins to get dental care while in extream pain and got nowhere. Family health centers of Portland, You failed another community member. Shame. Rated 5 stars so the bad review is hidden away..smuh.
