Front desk workers are worst, why don’t have any Nepali, Hindi and any other languages speaking people on front desk, since many years I see only Spanish workers, is this community clinic or private clinic?

Never go here the staff doesn’t care they are always behind I waited over an hour for a spider bite and they did nothing for my son. Not to mention if your of Hispanic decent you are last priority. Everyone was seen before my son that came in after us and when I told the lady about my class she said there is nothing I can do for you

This is probably the most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever been too they close the entire clinic didn’t inform any patients even tho I spoke to them the day before asked them not to send my prescription to Kroger cause they are out of my network took a “note” did it any way called the clinic for help was very little to no help so not recommended

Literally the worst place you could possibly go for primary care. The staff are rude and unprofessional. With an appointment expect to wait 1.5 - 2 hours to be seen, because the Dr. is “running behind.” Don’t be late though because you will not be seen. You may have to wait on them for a couple of hours but they definitely will not be waiting on you. I’m very understanding, but to have this happen every single appointment is a problem. Go somewhere else is you want quality care.

I have been seeing Julie Perry for years. She has went well beyond to help me. Not only with medical issues: also with coordinators to help with appointments and referrals. The staff has also helped me with community resources to help me with everything from housing to transportation. Thank you all so much for all your help over the years. You have kept me healthy and made my quality of life so much better. Julie, Amber and Zack fill like part of my support system and I wouldn't know where I would be without them. You are truly the best and really care for your patients. I will always be greatful 🙏 for having you as my unit of caregivers.
