Very upset with the dental clinic. They called me several times to verify insurance that I already verified 3 times before and then I confirmed my appointment and they called me the day before to let me know the appointment was cancelled because I hadn’t let them know I was coming. When I returned the call, I was met with attitude about keeping my appointment I had waited several months for. I was told it as because I was not able to answer the phone when they called due to me being at work. I had returned every phone call and was told that it was unacceptable and my appointment was cancelled anyway. I was very disappointed in a hometown clinic.
