My doctor and nurse were so nice! Made the whole process comfortable and they made sure to walk me through what my procedure would be like. Highly recommend!
Highly don’t know about this place, I was gonna say something nice but since they went through the chat to tell me this and that, I don’t want to believe them. They are nice in person but then when you go through my chart to ask for reassurance they tell you how they feel then leave the chat.. before you could talk to them. It’s so disrespectful! If you have a chance change providers! This one I don’t know about.. only to figure out why I’m “bleeding”
I have been taking my wife here for her OB/GYN and we were put with Rachel Bevins. She was very dismissive with mine and my wife's concerns she had been very rude every time we are in the office. She talked to us about very little and had several things put in my wife's charts which were never discussed. She got upset when we asked her why we were never told about what was put into the chart (nothing wrong but it wouldn't have hurt to know) She rescheduled us for a follow up appointment but then when we got there we had to wait an hour past the appointment time just to be told she wasn't there that day. We saw another provider for the issue and we went to another appointment which was scheduled with Bevins. Bevins dropped my wife and my wife was put seeing an Apprentice Nurse Practitioner. I have no issues being reassigned but my wife is upset because this was never discussed beforehand. My wife is upset because Rachel Bevins has been very dismissive and completely unprofessional in the field of women's care. My wife's next pregnancy will definitely not be taken care of by Grace Women's Health. Shame that the doctors care more for the money than helping the women in need of care.
Saw a new provider for myself and my daughter. She came in with a dismissive and condescending tone. Didn’t listen to anything that we said to her. It’s as if she already had a reason for our issues before even talking to us. Had to specifically ask for certain tests. Then looking at my visit notes in My Chart there were several key details that she never even mentioned to me but charted it as if we had spoke about it. I expect as a woman to be dismissed medically by a man when I’m dealing with female issues but a female? This is the same reason I left London Women’s Care, the provider being dismissive to my symptoms. Will never schedule with her again.
so i went there for my pregnancy i found out at 8 weeks i hemorrhage, i told them my whole pregnancy im cramping really bad it really hurts it doesn’t feel normal and they continuously told me it was. on the day of my 8 week appointment they noticed the hemorrhage (i’ve already had two scans by this point because i did find out at two weeks) they sent me home and told me to call if my cramps were more severe after i told them they’re already bad. the next day my baby died. i didn’t know yet but i called the nurse helpline (and they failed to even tell my doctor i called) and told them and all they said was “just drink more water” and for some reason i decided to stay with them. i got for my post off sept 14 i believe. i schedule my iud the soonest they have is nov 21 i take it and i leave and today (nov 1) they call and tell me my doctor (bevins) is going to be taking a lot of days off in december and she can’t have me for november so i have to wait to get my iud for january???? i ended up telling them i’d take my business elsewhere. so if ur okay with not being taken serious and ur baby potentially dying because of them not listening to you and long wait times this is the place for you!
