Well first of all I was never told by the location that my NP was gone. It would have been nice to have a call letting me know and then to ask me if I would be willing to see another NP. I’m very saddened that my wonderful NP is gone from there. She was great and truly cared.

such a great dr office! i’ve been dealing with chronic back pain for 7 yrs. my former pcp could only do so much so i switched over to one cross. my first visit was a few weeks ago, and from then to now, it’s been a great experience. i initially seen perry who was great. i got switched over to mckenzie today, and she’s amazing as well! i love how they don’t just speak to you as your provider, but in a friendly way as well. it makes us patients feel more comfortable opening up, instead of feeling unheard. i’m blessed to say we’ve found a short term solution, and working on a long term solution which has been my goal for many years. all staff at one cross are very kind & professional. 10/10 recommend!

Honestly, this is one of the few doctor’s offices I don’t dread going to. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Everyone is welcoming, helpful, and clearly knows what they’re doing. Bonus points for having a staff that’s not only competent but also easy on the eyes—nice to see smiles and positive energy instead of stress and attitude. The doctors actually listen, the appointments are efficient, and I always leave feeling taken care of. Highly recommend.

I usually see Jennifer and she is amazing. She listens, truly listens to you and what you're trying to get out of your visit. Never pushes anything you don't want or aren't comfortable with. She's so down to earth and nice. It's like talking to a friend. The entire office is so welcoming and everyone is so nice. You can't go wrong with whichever provider you so see.
