They use mental health as a money grabber. I go to my appointment today to refill my meds and talk about another I want to take and Nicole said I have to book another appointment for the second meds with a specialist even though that’s why I booked this one, then wanted to book me a third appointment for a physical I didn’t ask for, and a fourth to check for cancer and stuff i also didnt ask for. All I did was come here today to get a refill on the meds I’ve been taking for years and get a new one as I stated in my phone call when booking and they wanted to spread it all out to grab as much money as they can from someone suffering from mental health. Then I go to pay my regular $45 fee and they said I made just a tad more in this paystub so it jumped from $45 to $190. Mind you I live alone on a monthly income of 1,800 in a studio which doesn’t even leave me any money for food but they wanna charge me an extra $145. Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to book another appointment after they just robbed me. I have been coming here since 2021 and I will be looking for a new place now that doesn’t rob patients money because of their mental health or just quit taking my meds all together because a person living off that income alone cannot afford it. Thank you for screwing me over seriously. I used to recommend your company to everyone and now it’s the place I’ll be warning people of.

I cannot recommend Mercy and Truth enough. Everybody has been so friendly and supportive. Yesterday I went in to get help with something and thanks to Patty I walked out with so much more than I could have imagined. I truly feel blessed to have found them.

I had been going to this clinic for a over a year now and every time I show up I see someone different. There were at least 6 doctors in the beginning, now there is one. I initially was thankful for this place because they helped me get insulin which I need as a type 1 Diabetic. Despite this, I felt very uncomfortable going there. As the kids would say, "the vibes were off." I showed up to my appointment today and they wanted to charge me $190 just for the appointment. They never said anything about the cost increase in the message they left beforehand. I had been paying $20 per appointment before but apparently "my one time discount had run out." They refused to bill me later and said I could reschedule when I have the money. I don't know how I'm going to get the medicine I need to live now but I'm never going back there again after how I was treated.
