I do not recommend this organization as they fail to respect peoples privacy and request for attempts at contact to cease. I have requested multiple times for my address to be removed as I am not nor will I ever be a customer of theirs yet they continue to harrass me through the mail. If they are willing to do this to someone whos not a customer imagine how they will treat you and your private medical data

The staff in the peds department are friendly, polite, and patient. Dr David Smith is really good with my 7 month old baby boy my son loves him he full of smiles when he sees him. Also my 15 yr old daughter likes him too and its hard to find a doctor she likes. I will be recommending him alot. Him and his staff from the front desk to back room all need a raise. Thank you Ladies and Dr Smith for your awesome customer service I appreciate you.

In my personal experience, I was seen by a provider at this walk-in clinic and was given a prostate exam that felt unexpected and was not clearly explained to me beforehand. I left feeling uncomfortable and confused about why it was done. I would encourage patients to ask questions and make sure they fully understand and consent to any exam before proceeding. Better communication prior to intimate exams would improve patient comfort. Once again, my personal experience doesn’t apply to all.

I had a small incident and they got me in quickly. When I arrived the ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Once I was moved to the back to see a dentist, the dentist was very honest, helpful, and kind. I greatly appreciate the honesty. Then as I was leaving the front ladies went out of there way to make my visit easier on me! Thank you for the great service at PrairieStar Dental Clinic!
