Not sure who the receptionist is Brandi or Brenda, whatever it is lady is rude and doesn't seem to care to want to help you. Been waiting to get my meds all week and been in pain without them. Been waiting to hear about my urine sample but can't get a call back I'm just told they will get ahold of me and they never do. Been in pretty bad shape all damn week and it's Thursday now an may need to call into work I'm so bad right now

I've been taking my son here since 2021, but no more! I like Dr. Pivonka, he's a great dentist. However, I can't stand the receptionist, brandi. She's rude & acts like she doesn't care. Maybe she's nice to others, but she's rude to me! I have good dental insurance, I'll go elsewhere.

I have been going to the doctor there for quite awhile. The receptionists are always very helpful and friendly. The doctors and PAs are awesome, very thorough and they actually care about their patients. I always get to see my doctor which is not the case at alot of places I have been to. They have a sliding scale for non insured patients to determine how much you pay based on your income. It is a wonderful place and I would and have recommended it to many friends and family.

The dental department disappointed me greatly. The older Dentist was nice and seemed experienced , but they sent the wrong referral to an oral surgeon in Hays. I called Heart of Kansas back to ask them to send an updated referral and they never did, nor gave me a call back. I have a serious abscess tooth and the referral they sent said nothing of an abscess whatsoever, it was just for a wisdom tooth removal! Never go here for dental work, you will be disappointed and possibly in pain like I am because your problem never got cared for properly!
