Beware of this business. The front office asked for insurance and personal information before telling us that our policy was in network which was dishonest, she even asked us to email the policy over which proves the date she asked for it and that nothing was said about the policy being unable to be applied in or out of network for a vaccine, when services were completed we were told nothing was owed to Care Arc as the full balance was insured by the insurance policy. After over a year of going by with no contact made to us by CareArc a collections agency they hired served us paperwork claiming over 900 owed or we would be sued. Regardless of the cause, this being due to lack of training or a mistake is equally unacceptable as it would be if caused by intentional dishonesty or insurance fraud. I have seen many reviews showing how this clinic has improperly handled multiple families personal information, coverage, and finances which is more than enough proof this clinic should not be licensed to practice.
Terrible service.. lack of communication. Went in with insurance and was told by the lady at the front desk my insurance was covered for my appointment. It was confirmed it was in network and I found out a year later that my insurance was actually inaplicable and there was nothing more they could do for me. I ended up paying for the whole service . Disgusting service. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I have had great experiences with my dental appointments. They are always on time, very kind, knowledgeable and I love the personal feeling they provide. Thankful for a great place for dental care.
My elderly, disabled, medically retired and fixed-income mother went to this location for a new full set of teeth, after a tooth broke out from her old set. Initially, she found the business to have the best pricing. She saved money, had her consultation and her first appointment was in June 2025. Her teeth came in October 2025. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. She doesn't like outstanding bills, so during an appointment I attended with her, she paid $2000 and I paid the remaining $488. She was told that was her full payoff balance. Each appointment thereafter, the staff member walking her out would verify with the receptionist that nothing else was needed from her. Then, she received a bill for $1024. She was very upset and confused and called them. Our collective belief when I was with her, was... we paid the account in full. They told her she owed the additional money, apparently a mistake on their part, and they would not accept the payment she could afford but would turn her over to collections if she didn't give them the amount THEY required each month. In looking at the dental service estimate, she didn't sign it. The first employee that did sign it on July 2, appears to have written "mailed to patient" on the patient's line. The $1024 owed is the exact sum of the two "less down payment (estimated lab fee) amounts. Is it a down payment or is it an additional lab fee? Folks, I know businesses make mistakes. However, when you pay off a balance in full in person, according to that business, you shouldn't be receiving a large bill in the mail (which by the way, don't add up to what was paid or even what they say is remaining) and then be threatened if you don't give what you can't when demanded. The business' board should be upset with this location's bully behavior.
The whole experience was nice, the atmosphere was uplifting & positive but playful at check in. The assistant was very informative & gentle of everything she was going to do, she was very pleasant to visit with. The doctor was also very informative & gentle. After her exam she took the time to go over what she found during the exam, exrays, & futures plans to correct the problems & restore my smile.
