I have been in Atchison for over 11 years and had to rely on the local hospital, (the one that will sue you for $300, literally walk in your bank and remove your money and nothing else you can do), so I was a little hesitant about another health provider in Atchison, NOT the case here, it was night and day, they were so nice, I didn't feel like I was just another paycheck, they was amazing.. I will be coming back and changing my provider to Allways. Thank You for your professionalism.

I had a terrible experience from their dental department. I went in and had 2 fillings, then my right canine tooth started bothering me. I went back to them and they told me it was just a bite adjustment. Fast forward two months and my whole face was swelling up. I went to another dentist and they found a massive infection in my right canine tooth that required a root canal. Not sure how these guys missed it, and I don't appreciate how they sent me away telling me it was a bite adjustment from my fillings.

A 45min wait time is unacceptable, especially with a 5yr old child. After waiting that long and still not being called back, we walked out. Won't be coming back.
