The dental work here is fine, but the customer service at the front desk is hit or miss. One receptionist is very sweet, but the other is consistently rude and unprofessional. If you’re looking for a stress-free experience from start to finish, the management needs to ensure all staff members are trained in basic patient courtesy.

Tried to get emergency dental help, they ONLY help adults with dental emergencies if they have mouth swelling. Only place that accepts dental insurance from the state and won’t serve adults who need it even if they are stating the tooth is shattered and needs emergency surgery- they only do care if they see VISIBLE SWELLING ON THE OUTSIDE OF THEIR MOUTH. They are shitty and horrible, best go to Omaha to get your insurance accepted.

I'm going to start with the Behavioral Health at Siouxland first. I've been seeing Cynthia Johnson for 6+ years I believe. Before that I was constantly going from place to place until I met her. I have OCD amongst other things & a lot of the people I've seen prior to her didn't understand & made me feel horrible. I would often leave crying. After seeing Cyndy the relief that came over me was astounding. She has been the one person who has put in an immense amount of effort to help me. She is very well educated & she knows me better than I know myself which helps me tremendously as sometimes I don't know how to explain myself. I swear she's hands down the best psychiatrist in Sioux City. I could go on & on about how amazing she is. I absolutely adore her & I get excited every time I get to go in for my appointments & see her. I leave with a smile on my face & in a great mood. It's a breath of fresh air when I see her & I sincerely hope she's getting a good pay rate because I can honestly say she's saved my life when it comes to my mental health. Besides Cyndy, the Ladies in the office are great. Very caring & super easy to talk to. I've always gotten scared going into various places but this is one place I know I'll be well taken care of. Now, the Dental Office inside Siouxland Community Health. I see Dr. Brenda Hausman-Miller. I've had horrible dental health due to various ongoing health issues & also due to lifestyle choices & genetics. She has worked so hard on my teeth & she's saved me from losing more than I have. I'm so glad I got her as my Dentist. I swear anytime I go back there & start getting work done we end up laughing about various things. She's very down to earth & will try everything to help someone out. I've always heard horror stories of dental procedures but with her, everything is a breeze. She makes you calm & explains everything very thorough. I'm very thankful for her & grateful for the work she's done on my teeth. Honestly thank you is not enough for these two ladies. I wish there was more I could say or do but in the end I'm very lucky to be their patient.
