I had to have lab work for cortisol test on Monday The woman clearly saw that it said CVM fromthe heart doctor in Davenport You can see who my PCP is. she said shed get it check it in and then I could come back after looking at my paper it said a.m. cortisol test I go there today get there at 7:30 they didn't open till 8:00 now they have had this paper for a few days. Wait until 8:30 just for them to tell me they can't do anything why would you wait All this time and then just now say I can't do it because my primary care dr isnt there? Why wouldn't you say something when I first gave it to you!? trying to get my heart health figured out an this whole time have been given the runaround not once did my doctor say it had to be done in a specific place any lab place would have worked I even called community health care to make sure I could do it before I even gave them the paper and they said yes they literally had my paper the whole time. This place is a literal JOKE.
I met a guy who wasnt even a part of my mental health team who most likely changed how I view life. I will never forget this experience. He most likely saved me from myself.
The lab has awesome phlebotimist, they care and work hard. Always kind, professional. Dr Metuge is willing to listen, always professional and just a nice caring Dr. Security is always at the front door willing to help anyone, I see him welcoming all visitors, and helping all departments. Very kind clinic with lots of services to help the community
My medical provider is thorough and knowledgeable. I get in for appointments quickly. The staff are excellent getting messages to the correct provider. Very helpful.
Dr. Metuge Ahone doesn't care one bit about her patients. From the first time I started going to her, she was careless and has never listened to my thoughts or concerns at all. She continuously gives bad advice and always has some excuse for being a poorly practicing physician. It is really sad that she is even able to make a living off of doing nothing. She is always in a bad mood and never smiles. FORTUNE HER ASISTANT HAS POOR SOCIAL SKILLS. Fortune scoffs and laughs alott of the time I come in for a visit, I can't figure out if it's a nervous laugh or if she is just childish and treats people terrible. Fortune should be fired, she should really not be laughing at people. It makes people feel like they aren't being heard. It's not really fair to want to be treated with care and have to come and be laughed at. I'm getting pretty fed up with how these two operate together AND separately. Maybe it would be tolerable to have a bad assistant if the doctor was good but that's not the situation at all.
